Great tools 4 You. values you as a customer, and we strive to make your experience a pleasant one. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase, you are not totally satisfied, you may return the merchandise to us for exchange, refund, or credit (NO restocking fees charged!)
 
Before Returning Merchandise, please be aware of the following:
 
Returns must be made within 30 days of order date.
If a product was received in damaged condition, we must be notified within 24 hours.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition and packaged in original manufacturer's packaging.
We will not issue an exchange, credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, if any parts are missing, or if the packaging is incomplete or damaged.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to
ProSource Tools, Inc.
Please be sure to include the following information:
Your Name
Address
Phone Number and E-Mail Address
Order # & Reason for Return
We will replace, exchange or provide a refund or credit for any item as quickly as possible.
 
If an item was received in damaged/broken condition or if the wrong item was shipped, ProSource Tools will also credit you for shipping charges. However, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
